Lepchajagat, basically a Lepcha village, is situated at Sukhipokhri near Darjeeling on the Ghoom-Mirik road. This small village located in wilderness at an altitude of 6,956 ft (i.e. 2123 meters) and only 19 km away from Darjeeling hill town. Located on hill slope covered with rhododendron and oaks, a forest bungalow only accommodation available in the area offers a magnificent view of Kanchenjunga snow ranges over the forested hills. It is an ideal place to explore the tranquility of unknown Darjeeling hills.

By Road: Regular buses from Darjeeling ply to LepchaJagat. Cabs can be hired from Kolkata, Siliguri, and Darjeeling to reach the quaint hill station
